1) It is one of the Worst top Managements i have ever seen. And it is also the company where you would find many VP's and managers than the lower grade employees. 2) Never be apart of Lifescience domain because you never know what your role will be after joining. They even request Pharmacovigilance Functional expertise guys to write sql queries. Technical expertise need to prepare managers documents 3) There is no coordination between top management (VP Politics). 4) Finance department is also worst 5) Unnecessarily they ask you to work on weekends 6) There is no Project planning 7) Unnecessarily weekly meetings 8) Immediate Layoffs with out any reason.

Senior management is not aggressive in expanding the company. Senior management tries to do to many things at a time. No clear leadership, No clear support and directions. There is no transparent culture. Except IIMs , the other people will get very poor pay.
