      Nothing nothing nothing at all

      If you don’t complete the e-learning that they assigned to you nor do you complete your OSHA 10 certification training they fire you and they tell you that when turbines are more important than what people have going on in their personal life

      Good company to work for, great benefits and everyone is a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Since Airway was bought out buy takkion, the company seems to be focused more on saving money instead of paying technicians.
