      Great pay with that perdiem.

      Cons

      They take away your per diem. call it a promotion. NOW ur old can't climb a tower and poor.

      weekly pay was a plus, per diem for travel

      Cons

      People were hired due to who they know and not what they know. There is a club feel where certain people are protected or not held accountable. Management was very secretive of work plans and caused employees to work through holidays after promising them the time off. The benefits they claimed were so good were mediocre at best. If you brought up a concern and they didn't agree with it, you were berated or yelled at.
