Pros

I have worked at Talari for quite some time. I have seen people who are successful at Talari, as well as people who were not able to adjust to the environment. These are the observations I have made over that amount of time: 1) No decisions are made "just because the boss said so." Technological and business decisions that are made are made only after considering both short and long term ramifications. Decisions are backed by data, not politics. If no data exists in justifying a particular decision, that position will not be considered. I found this refreshing after having worked for some more bureaucratic employers in my past. In times of disagreement, however, the boss does have the final say in the decision. And that should be expected. 2) This company takes the time to train talented people. So, if you are considering Talari, but are concerned that you are not yet an expert in the field, worry not. Prospective employees with good analytical skills and ethic will be brought up to speed. It is that simple. 3) Success is rewarded. The amount of time you have been employed is not the determining factor in promotion. Results determine success. 4) Input and opinions are taken by anyone in the company. In my amount of time here, I have had ideas and suggestions on how we could approach various aspects of the job, both with direct management and even as high as the CTO's office (including with the CTO himself). My input was always valued and, when properly justified with valid data (see point 1) implemented. 5) The people at this company work hard while trying to keep things lighthearted. Yes, there is a lot to do, but there's no reason you can't have a good time while doing it. I don't want to get too talkative, so, I'll wrap it up here. If you're currently employed at a position where you are sick of just being a drone, and want your contribution to mean something to the company you work for, consider Talari. If you are looking to work in an unchanging environment, or simply clock in and clock out, this is not the place for you.

Cons

The schedule can get a little aggressive. However, I have never seen anyone reprimanded at Talari for trying their best.
