      They offer great pay Excellent bonus system 50-60% discount 40 hours of paid sick time 2 weeks of vacation to start out

      Cons

      Very little training The chain of command is constantly disintegrating. Constantly changing upper management Minimum of two employees in store at all times causes constant problems.

      Great management team! The best I've ever worked with! The company is investing in its people and implementing new strategies to build customer satisfaction.

      Cons

      The challenge at Talbots, as in any retail job, is balancing selling energies and operational energies during slower times when payroll is at a minimum.
