Pros

- Laid back and not workaholics - Great people - Great work like balance - Fully remote This is the first job where I haven't dreaded going back to work the next day or after the weekend. Although its not the "sexiest" company to work for, its a good place to learn and transition out. They're very open to people leaving for better opportunities. A lot of people are recruited back into the company and place into higher level positions.

Cons

- Benefits are lacking. I only accrue 2 hours of pto a week, while my gf that got a job in a hospital accrues 4+ hours a week. - Healthcare benefits are average... the bare minimum. Only downside I see so far is the benefits.

Pros

By and large, low pressure. most work 9 to 5 days - don't get in the way of the door at the end of the day (assuming you like that kind of job).

Cons

Pay was average (goes with low pressure). Organization was VERY hierarchical. At the time former COO was no brain surgeon, but understand it is better managed now, despite layoffs to address over expansion. Systems were lacking in a big way.
