      Some great people, a nice office, upper management is (for the most part) wonderful

      Cons

      Some awful people, work/life balance needs improvement, benefits are so-so, hard work is often over looked, lots of office politics, little to no raises or bonuses

      Pros

      They offer competitive pay and full benefits. They also provide more vacation time with 3 weeks for new hires vs the industry standard of 2. The CEO is very competent and friendly. Upper management is very open about the direction of the company.

      Cons

      No flex time and for those who work north or west of boston the commute is a nightmare.
