Hours are strictly managed, even when goals are high and volume demands longer hours they are not allowed.

Our district manager is lazy and never on the floor. She arrives later then planned and leaves earlier than expected. She never has time to hear our concerns, instead she just tells us about her personal problems. We need someone who is not afraid of uppermanagement and stands on her own. Where is our support? Productivity program is almost impossible if you work part time.
