Pros

Beautiful Store, good discount, good location. Nice people that work at store. In a nice location with local following. Trunk shows, customer service, hugs where you get to spend money on loyal customers who need a special treat.

Cons

They scheduled me out of my availability and unorganized. Could not hire a store manager. I asked for certain days off and I am a client specialist and I get scheduled at night and I'll on days that I am not available.

Pros

The stores are very pretty and well kept. The stores attract a very high-end customer. The quality of the product is excellent.

Cons

The store managers are tasked with everything from cleaning to processing shipments because they have no budget to hire people. They must also sell and maintain a high personal SPH or face write-UPS.
