There is no integrity in this company/store. There is a level of favoritism that is actually palatable. If you speak up - you are a troublemaker. If you do your job - then there's always something you didn't do. Communication is not consistent. The back stabbing and gossip is ongoing... not to mention the snide remarks about certain customers. If you do not participate in the gossip - then the gossip is about you.
