Pros

Flexible hours, most of the customers are nice.

Cons

Upper management is deceitful. Payroll is cut, and less staff is expected to perform the same tasks as before the cut. Employees are always being asked accomplish more than is possible to do. Directs are a priority one week and the next week we are told the customers in the store are the priority. We are told to book appointments for sales and then after the sale a better price is offered. Where is the incentive to continue? The customers are unhappy and have been trained to wait for a better price next week. You can’t win with this company. Do NOT recommend.
