Overall lack of investment, 1. Technology- unable to keep up with the growing pace of their workforce 2. Corporate- all the focus is on the retail side of the business, causing the corporate side to flounder and keep up without support and the means to do so. 3. Benefits- Options are poor and are bare minimum, especially related to Heath, Dental and Family/Parental Leave 4. Compensation- In many ways looking to save a few dollars at your expense 5. Hybrid working- Prior to the pandemic, this was seen as an inconvenience that the employee needed to bargain for and was a reward. During the pandemic, it was see as a saving grace, an opportunity to continue to be productive while looking for a way to return everyone to the office as soon as possible. 6. Diversity- They did establish a diversity model and are attempting to be better in this space. However, there is a lot of work that needs to be done to get there. The stores have more diversity than the corporate office. 7. Headquarters Office- Outdated, not well kept, very large space that is not well used. Location is difficult to access for commuters. 8. Recruitment- Quick to place, however, doesn't always find the right fit based on experience, skill level and expertise as long as they are able to check a box or two. 9. Workday- Implemented workday, not will to make any additional investments in the product.
