Pros
You will get a lot of retail experience, good employee incentives, very busy and fast-paced. I worked at the outlet which is now closed so it's a bit crazier than the regular stores.
Cons
On your feet constantly, having to recover the store at the end of the day takes forever. A job for college kids. Not very good pay and working with elderly women most of the time. Always have to ask every customer if they want to sign up for a credit card.
