In 6 years Talbots has only given me 3 raises, @ $.32 each time. Factor in inflation, I’m making less than when I started 6 years ago. There is no sitting down while on the sales floor. You are on your feet for about 5 or 6 hours, I usually do 10,000 steps or more each shift. Sales coverage is too very thin due to budget constraints.

The hourly pay is too low, given current living expenses. They need to raise their minimum rate.
