      Pros

      its a job and its a good place holder until you find something better.

      Cons

      managers cant back the employee when they are just trying to abide by the policy so it makes the associate look imcompentent. not the mention the way that cranky old people talk to you. the insults are debilitating.

      Pros

      Loved the associates that I worked with but as is usual in retail management was lacking and there was a lot of blame game.

      Cons

      Pay definitely needs to be better for seasoned managers, especially when there is no commission and you're expected to train people to sell like they're on commission.
