Great people, good pay, nice atmosphere

Cons

Very overwhelming to start. Training is hit or miss. Aggressive customer contact is uncomfortable for me. I don't want to give my name and life history when I enter a store. POS system could be a lot faster and easier to ring up sales.

This Corporation truly strives to make ALL of their Employees feel Valued and Cared For. Benefits are Better than Most Other Corporations Currently, however Good Luck getting to use your accrued time off due to insufficient Staffing.

Cons

Many Store Level Management Employees are MEAN GIRLS and there is a lot of Bullying in a small setting.
