      Pros

      Wonderful clothes with a good employee discount. Nice customers. Very nice store layout and merchandizing. Helpful for the customer to be able to order from the catalogue in the store and get free shipping.

      Cons

      Nice co-workers but you seldom get to work with a second person in your area. Almost non-existent computer training. Really a problem. Some of management were real witches. The part-time insurance offered was a joke; it was close to no insurance. Discouraged from taking a break.

      Pros

      good pay, not bad hours, very flexible, good location, sales based positions can lead you to get free clothes. not bad.

      Cons

      you will be on your feet all day running up and down the stairs and you have to deal with shoplifters that you are unable to prosecute.
