      Well to start off, I have a BS degree in retail management from the top college retailing program/school in the nation, and most companies don't think too highly of that...but Talbots thought so highly they practically sought me out and offered me the best starting job they could offer, simply because they didn't want to "lose me" to another company. And I love working at Talbots. It is nothing like working "big box" retailing, the customers are nice, and there to buy higher end women's merchandise.

      Cons

      I'm not full time ... Yet, but feel very confident that I will be very soon. Eventually making it to management in my near future... (part of my 5 year plan to do before 28)
