The company needs to get it’s act together. Like other reviewers have said, there have been no raises for several years. Most worker bees don’t get bonuses while the management tends to take a nice chunk . The performance evaluation is a sham because there are no rewards for hitting your goals. The health plan keeps getting worse and 401k is pathetic ( paltry 1.5 percent vested over 5 years). The last year has been brutal so wouldn’t expect anything to change this year as well.

Underpaid. No annual raises. Huge pay gaps. No bonuses (unless you already have a 6 figure salary). Zero incentive to stay or work hard.
