Pros

Work with wonderfully talented staff, and the product is so easy to sell. Customers are so appreciative, and they are happy to have great looking clothes and service. The group works as a team and the competition for commission is alleviated. Hence, teamwork.

Cons

Can not think of any. I suppose juggling how to figure out "right" size. This takes time, and increases inventory knowledge and success at finding wardrobe solutions for great customers.

Pros

Most clients were wonderful to assist

Cons

Very Low Pay for what is expected, workhours were erratic, management really pushed for credit cards, and no bonus or raises unless you're in management . Did reviews with employees to focus how employee can improve, but no raise or incentive. Clothes are imported and for the price paid some of the clothes needed more quality control.

great discounts on clothing, flexibility in scheduling

Cons

not much room to advance.....no incentives or raises for other than Store Manager, only Manager are entitled with bonuses, company really stresses about opening store credit cards
