      I have a great manager as well as terrific coworkers. Talbots sets high standards for customer service. It is a safe work environment

      Cons

      In 6 years Talbots has only given me 3 raises, @ $.32 each time. Factor in inflation, I’m making less than when I started 6 years ago. There is no sitting down while on the sales floor. You are on your feet for about 5 or 6 hours, I usually do 10,000 steps or more each shift. Sales coverage is too very thin due to budget constraints.
