its a job and its a good place holder until you find something better.

Cons

managers cant back the employee when they are just trying to abide by the policy so it makes the associate look imcompentent. not the mention the way that cranky old people talk to you. the insults are debilitating.

Great learning experience. If you work in the retail store great clothing not so much in the outlet stores.

Cons

Management needs to check on what is going on within the stores. They need to speak with everyone working. Poor managements kills and poor workers. No training . It is hard to find good employees due to low wages.
