      The best thing about Talbots is their benefits package.

      Cons

      Everything imaginable is the current lifestyle at Talbots. They are laying off and saying 'people are leaving for better advantages' when they are being fired. The communication within the company is awful and they are unfair in so many ways, they have no idea what the balance is between work and home life is and there is no compensation to being oncall 24/7.
