      Pros

      Great hours, never open too late unless you're part of the overnight merchandising crew. I did the overnights as well and didn't mind, it was only about once a month. Great customers, mostly older and always polite. Great merchandise, you didn't feel like you were pushing poor quality. Probably one of the better jobs you can have in women's fashion retail.

      Cons

      Salaries were limited, which is the case all across retail. Benefits were likewise a bit meager. This is a perfect job for someone who doesn't necessarily need to work for a living, but would like some extra income or something to do. I would definitely go back after I've build my savings and 401k elsewhere.
