      Pros

      Great products, innovative tools and solutions for the customers to really virtually walk into the store, get personalized assistance and styling. I was hoping to find a serious long-term home. I am a doer and achiever.

      Cons

      Many of the old school survivalist approaches when things get rough and you're really supposed to be applying the new processes. Ran into that a lot, even touring the store across the country.
