Pros
Free coffee, lots of parking and location is nice.
Cons
Horrible work-life balance. Worked a lot of late nights and some weekends. It's very much a sorority house. Lots of drama and unnecessary bs. Stale environment. A lot of employees at the Hingham office have worked there for years, like 30 plus years and feel entitled like you should kiss their feet. No room for advancement if you don't have a connection there. Poor salary range.
