      Pros

      Great benefits. Love working at a company where your ideas matter, and they are implemented. Flexibility allows for a wonderful work/life balance. Community involvement is extremely important to the company, and I enjoy volunteering with my colleagues. Can't say enough good things about Talcott.

      Benefits, smaller company size, all employees great to work with, great work-life balance. The company has many events and opportunities to volunteer in the community.
