Talen 2.0, starting 2017, is a very different place than Talen prior. Not only is there new management, but a new attitude, aggressive growth potential, some top-notch new people.

Work environment is horrible, but the pay is good!

Pros

The pay is better than a lot of the same positions in the industry. So if your bottom line is about the bottom dollar this would be a good company for you.

Cons

The company does not care about management employees. If you are not in the union, then you’re not worth their time. They will work you without a thank you and expect more out of you than is possibly achievable.
