Pros
Interesting work and good salary initially but with take over by Riverstone and employee matter agreement due to expire December 2017 many changes ahead and it does not look optimistic business wise.
Cons
No direction, no plan, no good leadership. Incompetency at upper management levels. No honest communications, management claims they have open doors but most of the time the door is shut or the door is open with lights off as they are out and non accessible.
