Pros

No Pros, when i thought remote would be a pro but it isn't

Cons

The level of micro management is the worst. I have worked in a remote setting before but never seen this kind of pathetic behaviour from managers. They have more managers than recruiters in a team. And all the managers harass a single recruiter. They are all old friends and they don't have the manners to work and they will one day take this company to ground.

Work from home apart from this there is nothing much to describe

Micro Management Firing without any specific reason Higher management hire their wife, brother, sisters without any interview and fire juniors who work hard for no reasons. no growth (if you are a male employee)
