Program teams were tight knit and supported each other.
Cons
Stationed on client site, so never really knew the company I was working for? Definitely felt like Manpower did not have our teams best interest in mind when working with the client. Oversold what the program was staffed to offer the client, causing extreme burnout, and way too big of a workload.
