Lacks strong middle management. focused more on bottom line than in the well-being of staff. Outdated systems, no training at all, sink or swim. Overall solid teammates and coworkers, but everyone is carrying 2 or 3 times the load they should be carrying. Works well enough until things hit the fan. Pay is ok, but desperately need some extra incentives for good work. Burnout very likely, at least with some clients. Tough to take any PTO for fear of getting even further behind with work. No procedure for coverage, and it’s almost not worth it at that point.

Most toxic corporate culture I've ever experienced. Incoherent leadership, siloed systems that do not work and a demoralized rank and file combine to create a busted organization.
