      You can guide your own path as the manager for this team does not really care what you do, as long as you help her continue to maintain her VP status.

      Cons

      This team has the worst manager in the history of management. This lady does not care about her team, she pretends to be really cool and supportive and promises things like team get-togethers and software certifications and then as the weeks go by nothing materialises. This person only cares about pleasing the people above her in the organization and will sell her team's ideas as her own.
