      I do love that they try to be inclusive, I feel that it shows they care about their employees. I do feel that the company is as ethical as it can be.

      Cons

      Pay could be more, same for yearly increases.

      Most of the people who work here are amazing, great mentors and coworkers, a lot of programs to grow professionally. They care about work/life balance. You feel valued working here.

      Cons

      Other companies pay more. Some areas of the company are too small so getting promoted is hard. No rollover on PTO.
