Pros

Leadership team really cares about the employees and they tend to hire fantastic people who also really care. TAPFIN is leading the MSP space, always looking to future to evolve and keep innovating to stay ahead and competitive.

Cons

Unclear, undefined parameters for promotions; communication of these policies does not exist which makes people come up with their own explanations (sometimes incorrectly) about why someone was promoted, while others aren't.

If you work at HQ, the building is sunny and in a good spot. Free parking and nice riverwalk nearby.

Cons

There isn't much room for growth, there are too many entry level roles. Even if you do move up, you won't move far in salary unless you're "top tier"
