Top of our game; we are receiving multiple kudo's and industry awards for our performance, market share, quality of products. Culture endorses and encourages high ethics, out of the box thinking. Very collaborative and supportive environment. Room for cross training and will help you on your career path if you are willing to do your share.
Cons
We tend to run very lean as an organization, which can create environment for burnout. Need to make sure we don't burn out our top performers.
