      Company is not open to change or innovation. Very much stuck in the old ways of recruiting and not willing or open to suggestions of change to improve client experience.

      I can't think of any.

      Cons

      There are some racist manager's in place within this organization. And if you file a complaint to HR they will eventually fire you. I was under a manager for years who was outright racist to me. However, nothing was done to her. And to this day she still works for Manpower.
