Mission first, People Always. We invest in our people. We are vested in their success. Accordingly, one day #1, we inform each new team member that they are a leader in this organization. We conduct weekly leadership development and training to continually sharpen our hard and soft skills. We practice what we preach and we are team.
Cons
We aim to become comfortable with being uncomfortable, and that is not for everyone. We don't dwell on success and continually strive for improvement, which again is not for everyone. If you aren't prepared to work hard - this is not a place that you will thrive.
