Pros
There were positive reasons to work there in the past but it is no longer the company many people enjoyed working at. Many former coworkers are great people and excellent recruiters. Just about all of them have left the company though. Nice office space and good location.
Cons
Poor management / constant changing of compensation plans that management is unable to administer / commissions never paid accurately / loss of benefits year after year / top management could care less about the office / excessive turnover / promises made in interviews are just that, but don't expect the company to live up to the them.
