      Pros

      People truly all get along. There really isn't any workplace drama and when situations do arise, the matter is handled in a professional manner. Nobody is perfect but I think it says alot about the culture of the workplace that people are able to have their needs addressed in a timely manner.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is very little or no direction. As someone who is very efficient in their work, I complete tasks very quickly but there is no direction as to what else I should be doing or working on.

      Pros

      Great work relationships. Fun environment, even if remote.

      Cons

      When bringing ideas to the table, and after working on many heavy projects, getting buy-in from leadership was tough. Felt like many were not on the same page majority of meetings. No career growth opportunity. Townhall meetings discussed financial state, which was bad most of the time.
