Cons

CEO is not good. Very arrogant. Will hire students who are on OPT from different universities and will screw up their careers. Promises to file H1B and start sucking money like a parasite for the next three years. Though you are free to go as per law from one company to another on h1B Visa , he will threaten you that he will revoke your Visa if you quit.

this company has some serious skills to exploit employees

Cons

They offer the worst benefit packages in the market. If you want to convert into one of their clients, they will threaten to sue you. they will not initiate direct deposit for months, instead they will mail your paycheck so they can hold your money in their bank account a week more. They will over-tax you and instead of fixing it, they tell you to wait till next year to get refund.
