Pros

The owners are very ambitious and definitely want what's best for everyone

Cons

They have a looooooot of growing pains to get through. They have had to downsize a few times due to their financials. They also have "reinvented their wheel" fairly frequently because things typically routinely don't go the way they thought they would with their prior plan. Yes, it is a younger company, but at this tenure in the business they should have more figured out. Also, there tends to be a bit of favoritism. Not the worse place I have worked, but definitely not the best.

Love this company - they treat their employees well, lots of opportunities for growth, wonderful team in LA and from our interactions from other markets, just full of people who love what they do. GREAT diversity!

Cons

None, no complaints. with any newer company, there are growing pains and adjustments but they do a great job communicating changes with the team
