Pros
1) If you are the one to follow your higher ups without a voice of yours then this the place for you. 2) If you are working onsite then its nothing like that. You enjoy all the flexibility of a software company.
Cons
1) The systems are dam slow, you feel like you are working at the times when the computers were just introduced to the world. 2) Some of the basic ethics are really missing, and the people who can really do something about it are keeping a blind eye. 3) Planning is a mess, and the victims of this are the developer class, who are considered as labours. "No" is simply not acceptable here. 4) Working on Saturdays is mandatory. Your presence is important and not the Outcome.
