Pros
Good company with a good Product in the past before Campus Management acquired Talisma. Once Campus Management are in, Talisma CRM has no value. Only Campus Campus Campus.

I didn't find any challenges in this Company as such.

Can work on new technologies. Master in Politics can survive here.
Cons
Among all the reviews about the company, one can find only managers/lead have good review about the company. No work life balance. very slow VM , need to work like 1980's computer. Good deliverables its TEAM Work and credit goes to Manager/lead Bad deliverables its on individual alone. Project planning is RnD here. So one can imagine the work load.
