Pros

Talkdesk gives you the best opportunity to develop your career. It has a very good working environment and is full of good people to work with. It really is one of the best places to work.

Cons

There's no cons about working at Talkdesk. Just because Talkdesk is a very succeeded start up, it's growing very fast but the company is open to change and to improve.

Talkdesk is an amazing company that is taking off and in hypergrowth mode. It's a great place to work, with intelligent and ambitious, but at the same time, down to earth people.

Cons

Our culture revolves around transparency and hyper-collaboration, so if that's not one of your core values, this is not the place for you.

Pros

The Company is at a very exciting time in its life. Growth is still exploding, and exciting products are being rolled out on a monthly, if not weekly basis. They interviewed extremely well for culture, and it's fantastic. A lively team that is equally competitive and supportive. As my first job in tech, Talkdesk has been the perfect place for me to launch a new career. This is due to a great brand that has been forged by those who have grown with the company, as well as by the incredible new talent they've brought in to round out the teams.

Cons

As with any series A start up in hyper growth, things are constantly changing. I don't mind this, but could see how this could turn some people off.
