Direct management team is incredibly supportive in an ever changing market. Folks are genuine and want to help support customers. Work/life balance is great.

Cons

Leadership team is non-existent and changes goals every few months. The company is listless and each org is managed as it's own fiefdom. The policies and rules are made up based on who you know. There has been talks of going public for years but at this point I do not see that happening.

Can't think of a single one. Run if you are offered a job here. Management constantly talks about superior technology but it is a sham.

Cons

Total lack of vision and strategy from leadership, that is a spinning door. Constantly changing priorities makes it difficult to deliver any results. Absolutely no care for employees and inadequate benefits. Company surveys are a sham and nothing ever changes. Inflated HR team that does nothing. No career growth opportunities.
