      They Don’t Walk the Walk

      Lots of paid holidays off, standard PTO, 100% remote

      Cons

      They’re a mental health company but they don’t seem to actually care about their team members mental health. Promotions went to people who were friends out of work, lots of layoffs.

      No commuting to work. Working in pajama pants.

      Cons

      Zero room for advancement. No COLA or any other pay raise. Pay is pathetic. In order to reach their posted annual income you must be perfectly 100% full ALL of them time..lose money if take time off. Poorly organized. Non reliable cheaply made EMR, electronics and software. Constant changing of simple concrete things like the format of a bill. No respect for clinical knowledge experience etc.

      This job is like having your own private practice but with ALL the help. All the admin/IT/patient care/case manager help. You just get to be the physician.

      Compensation can be uncertain month to month due to their pay model.
