Absolutely no work life balance. Top leadership is not from Medical background. Under paid. No stablity too many layoffs. Keeps instituting programs that are not finished and cannot do basic functions

I worked with a great Care Coordination team

Cons

Mass lay off of the entire Care Coordination department (150+ employees) with less than 24hrs notice via EMAIL, and locked us out of everything.. all so they could "save money" and off-shore our jobs overseas.
