Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We are glad to hear you feel well supported and autonomous in your practice. We are hopeful the new incentive tracking platform that was recently rolled out allows for more transparency around compensation; we are constantly looking for ways to enhance and improve our systems and processes, so please be forthcoming with your suggestions- our clinical and operational leadership welcomes your feedback, always!

Pros

- Working with and learning from incredibly skilled coworkers - Collaborating with teammates who are passionate about improving mental healthcare overall and improving the experience and quality of care patients receive from Talkiatry. - Primarily remote company that allows for a lot of flexibility in how and where you work. - Plenty of opportunities to meaningfully contribute to various projects and initiatives. Very hard to get bored.

Cons

- Rapid growth also means there are a lot of systems to scale, update, and/or implement to keep up. The time and effort required to do so can cause understandable frustration both internally and externally. -Typical of startups, it can be a lot to keep up with. Probably not the place for you if you prefer a slower pace and long established, cemented processes. -Having a nationally distributed company with just one small HQ in NY does make it harder to connect with staff who you don't regularly work without intentional effort.
