Great experience in learning how to come up with new out-of-the-box ideas to drive client success. The coworkers are very pleasant and collaborative, and the office is very nice.

Cons

To that point in time, the company hadn't really solidified its niche in the industry or how to scalably manage client expectations with the billable hours given.

-Leadership genuinely cares -Flexible/Remote -Open PTO -Culture of Inclusiveness -Amazingly sharp and fun coworkers -When gaps are found in knowledge or systems, steps are taken to correct

Cons

-Benefits are not top of the line -Some systems are outdated, but steps are being taken to fix this -No defined career path as it stands for many roles, but HR is working on fixing this
